Shipping and Returns

 

Please allow up to five soon working days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped, although this is usually much sooner. Pansy is a one lady band, but rest assured, your new treasure will arrive with you as soon as possible! 

Postage costs will be calculated at checkout and all UK orders are posted with Royal Mail. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked. The cost calculated at checkout includes the cost of shipping and packaging. If multiple items are bought at the same time postage is automatically combined at checkout, if you purchase two items in the same week and would like your postage combined please contact us after purchasing and we will refund the excess cost.

We are not liable for any customs, tax or import fees you may receive when buying from us.

For our valued customers in the USA, orders will be subject to tariffs of around 10% of the item’s value.

Royal Mail have just implemented a system in which the sender can pay the 10% tariff up front, and this has now been added on to the item cost for each product on our website for American customers, and there will be no more charges upon delivery.

If a purchase is made of a SINGLE ITEM valued over $800, the item will be sent using a Delivery Duty Paid service with another courier.

We are not liable for items once they have been dispatched, although if you do encounter problems please do not hesitate to contact us on info@thepansygarden.com.

Please ensure you check the measurements carefully on the product description before making your order. We are a one lady band and take pride in offering detailed descriptions with accurate measurements to make sure you are getting the best service possible, therefore we are unable to accept returns on our vintage items and all sales are final, please be aware of this before you make a purchase. If under the circumstance a return is agreed between us and the customer, the original post costs and returns postage must be paid for by the customer and is not refundable. You will be offered a credit note for the value of your item/s.

Items priced at £42 and under are absolutely non returnable.
