Shipping and Returns

DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC ITEMS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO BE DELIVERED PANSY GIRLS. ITEMS ARE BEING SHIPPED ONCE A WEEK, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN PURCHASING THANK YOU!

Please allow up to three working days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Pansy is a one lady band, but rest assured, your new treasure will arrive with you as soon as possible!

 

Postage costs will be calculated at checkout and all UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked. The cost calculated at checkout includes the cost of shipping and packaging. If you have any queries regarding shipping, contact us on info@thepansygarden.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Due to the nature of vintage we cannot accept returns and are not liable for items once they have been dispatched, although if you do encounter problems please do not hesitate to contact us on info@thepansygarden.com.

 

Please ensure you check the measurements on each listing as returns for sizing cannot be accepted. If under the circumstance a return is agreed between us and the customer, returns postage must be paid for by the customer and the original postage cost will not be refunded. 

 

Please bare in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear we will state in the listing. If something is missed, please let us know on info@thepansygarden.com.
