Back in 2020, when Pansy Garden was first starting to bloom, I had another version of this dress, and ever since I have searched for another. She is an incredible rare soft cotton 70s romantic dream by coveted boutique label Quad. She has an insane silhouette with frilled high collar and beautiful billowy bishop sleeves. Her floral print is simply divine and is perfectly framed by her green velvet waist sash. She is just remarkable and is a true treasure to behold.
