The Blue Patch, she is a real beauty. Her cotton is a gorgeous quality and weight. She has a super cute novelty patchwork print, puff sleeves, cotton lace trims, a flounce to her skirt and an oversized tie back belt. We LOVE this girl here at Pansy, it's very rare we get prairies in such good prints!
