This dress is INSANE, her velvet is luxurious, silky and divine and has the most beautiful shimmering blue hue. She has a stunning silhouette with amazing frill cuffed voluminous sleeves, scoop neckline, high empire waist and a flowing skirt. This dress looks understated, but when worn she is illuminating, and is one of my favourite blue Heirlooms ever.. I cannot wait to see where she is heading...
