She has the most amazing ever smocked patchwork bodice with rainbow detailing, puff sleeves, rainbow striped trims, lace features and the most amazing rainbow tie waist feature with beaded ends. We LOVE this beauty here at Pansy, she is just one of those dresses we know we will never see again and the perfect dress to end our summer brights season!
