Meet Tulips, she is an absolutely gorgeous 1970s cotton blend pretty by California, she is also lined. This dress is ADORABLE! With a beautiful sleeveless cut, scoop neckline and gorgeous cotton lace trims around her neckline and skirt. She has a beautiful red and white palette with touches of blue and green, with an amazing retro novelty print. She is just so unique and one of those cool pieces that screams 70s, I hope she finds the best home!
