The Valentina Dress, she is a romantic prairie delight. She has the best ruffles ever, with an extravagant ruffle neckline, puff sleeves with lace trim, and a ruffle flounce to her skirt. She has a belt feature which is attached at the front and can be tied at the back and burgundy ribbon trims. This girl is just STUNNING and really is the perfect Pansy Romance prairie.
