Beau is an insane and RARE 60s sheer chiffon blouse by collectible designer Susan Small. This is an absolutely dreamy and iconic blouse, heavily detailed and covered in minature satin bows with iconic frill collar. She is honestly insane, and one of the best blouses to ever grace my rails.
