This incredible and rare precious 70s cotton dream dress by Travers Tempos is just stunning, I adore this label and it is so easy to see why Travers pieces are highly desirable. She has the most divine silhouette with double layered flutter sleeves, square neckline, high empire waist and full flowing skirt with double frill flounce.
