It is truly such a rare occasion a Gunne Sax sweeps my way, and finding this precious rare coveted 'Child Print' beauty really did surprise me! She has the most incredible soft cotton fabric, with contrast white sleeves, heavenly trims and a stunning velvet bodice. She truly is the most precious of finds, and is an absolute treasure to behold..

This girl measures to approx UK size 6/8/10 - can be cinched with waist ties

 For reference our mannequin, Norma, measures to a UK 6. 

She has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. Cold wash. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear.  She has had a tiny small mend at her hem, this is not noticeable. By looking at other images of this dress, I do also think she may have once had a lace trim around her hem which has been removed. This has been reflected in her price heavily, this dress has sold for over £450-600 in the past.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
