Foxglove is just MAGIC, she is a rare 1970s Laura Ashley made in wales dream dress, perfectly crafted in a beautiful purple thick handprinted cotton showcasing one of the rarest Laura Ashley prints ever designed. She has a stunning silhouette with pintuck bodice, full skirt and puff sleeves, and also comes with a matching waist tie. This dress is absolutely astonishing and one of the most gorgeous Lauras I have had. I do believe she has been altered slightly, I think the lace on her collar has been added by her previous owner and can be easily removed, although I think its adorable, I also am on the fence on whether her sleeves have been shortened or came like this, she also does look like she has been taken up, but this has been done nicely. Regardless, this is an amazing dress, and in my opinion sometimes small touches make something even more special, they tell the story of her previous life.. I know she will find a beautiful home and bring a lot of enchantment to her owners wardrobe..

She has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. Dry clean or spot clean only. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear, very slight fade in places but this is very very minor, every Laura of this period I get has some fade due to the dyes and printing methods used in the early 70s, and this one is way better than most.. This dress would be priced more towards the £300 mark without her slight adaptations, so she is a true steal.
