This exquisite rare late 1960s Miss Selfridge maxi dress showcases a haunting dark purple crepe fabric with remarkable detailing, she is one of the labels earlier designs, probably sold directly in the Sellfridges store. Featuring a button-front bodice, delicate frill collar, and cuffs, it perfectly captures a gothic elegance.  For reference our mannequin, Norma, measures to a UK 6. 

She has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. Dry clean only. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear. She has underarm fading, this is not noticeable when worn. Has been heavily reflected in her price. There is also a small hole near her hem, this does not detract.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear.
