This is a perfect Pansy spring summer dream dress, one of the styles I have always adored, and whilst being vintage could slide into anyones wardrobe. She has a romantic silhouette with ruffled neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulder with a nipped in waist and a full skirt. She has been crafted in a beautiful cotton anglaise, with blooming beautiful floral print.
