This adorable rare piece is of an unknown age, she has signs that tell me she is antique, but also could be a mid century reproduction. She has incredible hand smocked yoke and cuffs with sweet floral embroidered detailing and lace trims, and a beautiful fit with cinched waistband and blouson top and is crafted from a soft cotton. She closes with buttons and poppers to her back and truly is a very stunning one of a kind find.
