The Coral

Meet beautiful Coral, a RARE and extraordinary Laura Ashley Made in Wales 1970s cotton prairie delight. Coral is just AMAZING and absolutely a star and collectors piece from our SS22 drops this year! She has that beautiful clustered leaf style print which I personally adore, layered flutter sleeves, empire line waist and a super full skirt with flounce. Her waist is gathered at the back, giving an absolutely epic swoosh to that gorgeous skirt. Coral is PERFECT for the sunny days ahead and will be your favourite summer dress forever and ever. Her colour is amazing and vibrant and this colour is really rare for Laura Ashley dresses. She is also adorned with beautiful classic Laura Ashley cotton lace trims and a gorgeous tie back belt. Coral is absolutely EPIC and I cannot wait to see where she is headed!

This girl would work on UK sizes 8/10 small 12 best, she could possibly be worn on a 6 too and drawn in at the back. She is tagged a Laura Ashley vintage 14.

Bust - 37"

Empire Waist - 34"

Length -  53"

For reference our mannequin, Norma, measures to a UK 6.

Coral has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear, small flaws come with ALL early vintage Laura Ashley dresses, especially slight fading etc, due to the dyes used in the hand printing method. This girl overall is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.

Here at Pansy we know vintage sizes are very different from modern sizes, and we pride ourselves on offering accurate measurements with approximate modern UK sizing to ensure a your Pansy purchases will be a good fit.
Although we do offer approx modern sizing it is also very helpful if you know your own measurements. If you are unsure of these, an easy way of estimating them is measuring one of your own garments, that fits well, laid flat. Measure in inches, across from pit to pit, flat across the waist and double both of these measurements.  Our length measurements are mostly taken from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
