Meet Indian Sunset, she is an absolutely stunning and truly RARE 1970s Indian cotton dream dress by coveted label Ayesha Davar, this is a very collectible dress. She is beautifully crafted in a soft thick quality cotton with a block print pattern on a mauve toned base. She has a stunning cut with button closure bodice, puff sleeves and a full skirt with flounce. This beauty is probably my favourite from today, she is just enchanting, and one of them rare beauties I know I will never see again. I hope she finds a wonderful home..
This girl measures to approx UK size 12 possibly small 14 - I do think this dress could also work on a size 10.

The Indian Sunset has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear. She has some minor misprints and flaws to her fabric, this is to be expected with hand blocked cotton and adds to her charm.
This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
