This is one of the most incredibly precious things to have ever graced my Heirlooms rails.. There is something so alluring about Biba designs, always enticing, playful and truly lustful. This beauty has an empire waist with small bust panel, adorable cap puff sleeves and when worn is just the most beautiful thing. She is sheer and is made from a light cotton chiffon with dobby spot texture, she is perfect for layering or being risque and wearing with nothing but your undergarments, just as Barbra probably intended back then... I hope she finds the most insane home and I will truly mourn her beauty forevermore..
