Meet Penelope, she is a stunning and precious 1970s handmade cotton prairie dress with a divine regencyesque cut. I love the sleeves on this beauty, with a slightly cropped length and flounce cuff. She has an empire waist with extra gathering at her back, giving her even more of that recency charm, and she has a stunning purple velvet sash waist. I love the striped chintz print with those hints of purple, she is a truly precious piece indeed.

The Penelope has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear.
