Meet Pink Phlox, she is an absolutely STUNNING cotton prairie dress by St Michaels. I ADORE this dress, I have seen a version of this dress in several colourways, but not this one! She has a beautiful lace yolke with delicate frill collar and velvet ribbon details, the sweetest puff sleeves, and a full skirt with flounce.
