A Sea of Frills she is indeed, this peach frilly 1980s cotton midi dream dress is absolutely something else and a real gem indeed. I think she speaks for herself doesn't she. She has an elasticated bardot neckline which can be worn on or off the shoulder with a HUGE frill, huge frill puff sleeves, a self belt and a super full swooshy skirt. Her beautiful cotton fabric is fantastic quality and has a stunning delicate floral print. This beauty is just epic, she could be styled in so many ways and will be part of your wardrobe for a lifetime. Dresses like Sea of Frills rarely come up.
